36. CIOFFi autentse folkloori festival 11. - 15.08.2008 Bourgases (Bulgaaria)



Festivalile oodatakse folkloorirühma (max 40 in). Osavõtjate vanus  peab olema üle 15. aasta.
Kava pikkused: 5.20 ja 45 min. Nõutav elav muusikasaade.
Taotluse esitamise tähtaeg 15. aprill. Osavõtjad valib korralduskomitee ja annab sellest teada 30. aprilliks.

Osavõtusoovid esitada ERFN juhatusele hiljemalt 31. märtsiks. Kui tahtjaid on rohkem kui üks, tehakse valik.

Folkloorinõukogul on teile suur palve: kui soovite oma rühmaga mõnest välisfestivalist osa võtta, siis palun teatage sellest Folkloorinõukogule ja oma maakonna kuraatorile. Kuna kutsed saabuvad Folkloorinõukogusse, siis esimese kontakti festivaliga võtab kutse saaja. Mitme soovija puhul otsustab osavõtja kunstinõukogu.

We address to you. Obuhiv City Administration, Committee of International folklore festival “Obuhiv Fair”. Ask you to recommend the folklore ensemble of your city for participation in our festival, wish will be from September 13 to September 18, 2007 at Obuhiv City, Ukraine.
Terms of conducting of festival:
Part is taken in a festival: soloists, folk-lore groups, folk-lore are ethnographic ensembles, ensembles of folk dance, modern ensembles of dance, folk music and instrumental ensembles without limitation of facilities of music.
In the program of appearance necessarily there must be folk songs, music and dances of people which represent a collective. In number to the collective must be folded not more than 30 persons, in age from 18 to 30 years. The program of appearance must last 15, 30, 60 minutes.
All collectives which wish to take part in a festival send the requests of Ukrainian or English after a form:
Recommendation of collective, that is responsible for participation of collective at a festival; Creative description on every group, ensemble, collectives; List of participants of group, ensemble, collective and their eyelids; Repertoire of group, ensemble;
audio- and vidio programs of collective( by a volume 5-10 minutes) and photo; Traditional clothes of the state.

8th ALAPLI CULTURE AND ART FESTIVAL
Dear Friends,
We will organize "Olympic Folk Dance" and "3th International Gold Nut Folk Dance" Competition on 24.07.2007 to 28.07.2007 during the 8 th organization of the "ALAP
LI CULTURE AND ART FESTIVAL" in Zonguldak, Turkey.

We invite all the Folk Dance Groups.

There are some conditions fort he groups who want to participate in our Festival:

1- The Dancers must be older than 16 years and younger than 30 years.
2- There is not age condition fort he musicians.
3- The shows must be maximum 20, minimum 5 minutes.
4- The criterions about the competition will be declare by the committee before the date of the competition.
5- The time of competiton shows must be minimum 7 ,maximum 12 minutes. Every country must show his cultural dance and must wear their traditional customs during the show.
6- The total in each group must be 35 persons maximum .
7- The groups will spending their night in the University Student Otel. The rooms are for 4 persons. There is shower possibility 24 hours.
8- All the health expenses will be pay by our committee.
9- All the groups must provide 3 nation flags and folk group's pennants to be exhibit during the cortege passing.
10-The groups who want participate to our Festival must make their reservations before 15th May 2007.
11-The groups who will participate to the Festival must inform us the list of the name of the dancers.
12-We are waiting from you the CD,brochures,posters and all the documents about your groups before 15th June 2007.
13-You must be making live performance.
14-We will send you definite invitation at 18th May 2007.

We want to entertain all the Folk Dance Groups who want to enjoy us for the more beautiful Folk Dance Festival of the World, in our Country, in our City.
